TvR, J.W. ATTRipCiF. S TINCTURE for in-
I 9 digestion, termed Dyspepsia. The discov
cry of tiiif Medicine lifts been the effect of-long
end attentive study, and U now made public from
the most decided conviction founded on ample
experience of itsp&werin eradicating this disease
after gvery other Medicine had failed. It has on
!y been ill this country twelve months, and it has
done wonders in giving restoration, and in asth--
mntical cases, its beneficial effect lias been aston
ishing. Dr. James Farmer, Member ofthe-Royal
College of SurgeouS in London, declares in bis
Treatise, that Asthma and indigestion are found
coexisting, the stomach at all times exerts consid
erable influence over the pulmonary functidiis.
nnd it is therefore fnir toconclude that the former
disease is aggravated by the latter. Asthmatic
people, continue’s'the learned Doctor, should im
pose upbti themselves the same regulation n* jf
the case were purely dispentic. This tincture cr-
pens obstructions of the spleen and liver, cleans-
cth; the breast [of phlegm, And the chest of. hu
mours guthcrcd therein; removes pain,in the bnck,
stomauli nnd stdes, and tho windy cholic. Also
