ofT. Watkins' Council, in arrest of Judg
ment,-and for new trials.: The..objections
to the Indictments, and the motion in. ar
rest, were overruled by' the Court, aud the
defendant was ordered to be brougiit in, to
receive sentence. *
The Marshal, accordingly proceeded to
the jail, and soon after tetnined into Court
with Dr. Watkins in custody,when tho fol
lowing sentence was pronounced by JUdge
Craoch]:
In the indictment tor 130 dollars: Fined

dar months from this 14th day of August,
1819, inclusive.
