ticle of tl)e Constitution of this Stale.
Whereat, a part of the third section pf
the first article.of the Constitution.!* in-the
following words, to whs "The (Senate'shall
be elected 1 annually.'! A part of thb se
venth section of the first artii lo is in the
following words—“The Representatives
shall be chosen annually " And a part nf
tlie twelfth section of the first article,
is in t|)c following words—“The meeting
ofthe General Asseinby shall be annual
ly.”
And whereas, a part of the first. section
nf the third article, is In the following
words to whr—'“The Judges of the Supe
rior count shaft bj elected foe the term of
(hree years.” And a part ofthe third sec
tion of third article, is in the following
words—“There shall bo a State's Attorney
nnd Solicitors appointed by the Legisla
ture, and commissioned by the Governor,
who shall hold their offices for the term of

Be it enacted by the Senate and . House
of Representatives of the State of Georgia
in General Assembly met. and it is hereby
enacted by the authority'of. the same, That
so.soon as this act shall have passed agree
