it is hereby treacled f,y the authority of
the same, That every person who was. a
fortunate drawer in llio land lotteries by
tlm ntfihofity of tlte acts passed nri ifie,fif
teenth day of December, eighteen hundred
nnd eighteen, on the sixteenth day of De
cember, eighteen hundred and nineteen,,
nnd on the fifteenth day of May, eighteen
litmdted and twenty-one. slinil have drill!
the firsi day of November, eighteen hun

their ct out upon pacing into the Trea
sury the sum of eight dollars.

the authority aforesaid. That from nnd af
ter tlte first day of November, eighteen
hundred and thirty, the lands so drawn as
aforesaid, and not granted, shall revert to
and become tlm property of the Slate.
Sec. 3. A nd lie it further enacted, Thai
this act shall not extend to any lot or lots
ofland drawn hy orphans until three years
after the said orphans shall have arrived at
(lie age or twenty one years! nor to any
'lots drawn by idiots or lunatics or persons
who Imvo departed this life sirice they
gave in for a draw or draws in skill lotteries
