Georgia in General Assembly met, mid
it is hereby enacted tv. the authority of
tlm. same. That every person who was a
fortunate draiVei in the land loltoiics hy

and eighteen, on the sixteenth day of D**
(•ember, eighteen hundred mid nineteen,
mnl on the fifteenth day of May, eighteen
bundled and twenty-one. shall have until
the first day of Novomlrr, eighteen hun

•heir giant upon paying into the Trea
sury the sum of eight dollar*.

and'become the property of the Stale.

lots (haw n by idiots or lunatics or persons
who have departed this life since they

Sec. 4. And he it further enacted, That
all laws and parts of law* militating n-

repealed.

the authority aforesaid, That it shall bo
the duly of his Excellency tho Governor,
to cause this act to be published in nil the
public Gazettes ofihis State,once a month,
until the first day of November next, nnd
