CONTRACT AWARDED
FOR COAST LINE DEPOT
Commodious Brick Structure Will Be
Erected on Washington Street.
A contract has been awarded for the
erection of a new freight warehouse
for the Atlnntlc Coast Line railway.
. The building wRl be on the site of
the one destroyed by fire several
months ago. There has been consid
erable delay In placing a contract, but
the officials of the road had good and
sufficient reasons tor handling the
matter as they did.
The new building will be opposite
the county Jail, facing Washington
street and running back parallel with
Flint. It will be quite ns largo ns
the building recently destroyed, and,
it may bo, slightly larger. It will be
built entirely of brick, wherens the
old warehouse was a frame structure.
It will contain the offices of the freight
agent and his assistants, and will have
greater conveniences than the former
structure.
It will occasion general satisfaction
to know that a new brick warehouse
will be erected on the Coast Line
property, though It will perhaps be
several weeks before work begins on
the building.
An Attractive Advertising window.
One of the most Interesting things
In the way of window advertising ever
seen In the city Is just now attracting
attention at W. S. Bell & Son’s, on
Washington street.
In the center of a display of Colum
bia and Hartford 1 bicycles, a Columbia
chainless Is standing, the wheels nnd
pedals revolving In the most natural
manner. The wheels rest evenly on
the floor, and there Is nothing In view
to give any Idea whence or how the
motive, power is obtained. The device
is unique, and the window has attract
ed the attention of hundreds of pass-
ersby.

Chamberlain's Cough Remedy the
Best Made.
“In my opinion Chamberlain’s
Cough Remedy Is the best made for
colds,” says Mrs. Cera Wjtfker, of
Porterville, California. There Is no
doubt about its being the best. No
other will cure a cold so quickly. No
other is so sure a preventive of
pneumonia. No other is so pleas
ant and safe to take. These are
good reasons why it should be
preferred to any other. The fact
is that : f ew people are satisfied with
any other after having: once used this
remedy. For sale by Sale-Dayis Drtig
