Atlanta, Ga., March 14. —Charged
with going to a store In his official ca
pacity to make a levy and pointing a
pistol at the proprietor of the place
when a dispute arose, R. M. Bell, a
bailiff In the court of Justice of the
Peace Virgil Jones, was arraigned be
fore the recorder and bound over to
the state courts for pointing a pistol
at another. His bond was fixed at
$100, which was made.
