tlves are searching for Dr. M. B. Mc
Afee, of the Acme Pharmaoy, 209 De
catur street, who was arrested last
Tuesday on a charge of violating the
cocaine ordinance and who failed to
appear Saturday In police court. When
the case was called and the doctor
failed to answer to his nhme he was
declared In contempt of court, and
the officers were Instructed to find
him. McAfee Is charged with selling
cocaine without ifi prescription from a j
practicing physician. He Is also ac
cused of prescribing cocaine lor cer
tain of his customers and then filling
the prescriptions himself.
