and liabilities of the owner thereof.

ferry or erect a bridge across the Chattahoochee-
River on his ow n land, one mile below West Point
Bridge in the comity of Harris.
182. To amend the road laws ofthis state, so far a#

190. To amend an act to prevent obstructions in
the Oconee river, from the Gre> ne ami Hancock line,
on its eastern bank, to its conffm nee with the Ocmul
gee river, calculated to impede the ftee passage of
fish ; to appoint commissioners, and to punish those
who may aitempt lodefeat the same.
191. To authorise the commissioners of the West
ern and Atlantic Rail Ro >d to pay t<> the owners «f
land sustaining injury by reason of said road, extra
damages in certain cases.
192. Io authorise the Justices ofthe Inferior Court
of Cobb county, or a majority of them, to levy an ex
tra tax for the purpose of pa v ing the sheriff and jailor
for the time being, of said county, for apprehending,
confining nt jail, and bringing to trial sundry Irish
men indieted lor minder in said county, anti for oth
er purposes.

Sherro 1 Whittington of the county of Crawford, on
