Alderman Couper moved, That the
Mayor appoint live separate com'
mitteis, consisting of throe mem
bers each, fo whom should be refer

ordinance amending sections 032,
033, and 834 of tho cixlo of ordi
nances, so ns to carry out tho sug
gestions mado by Dr. Blain.

such amendments ns will enable tho
City Physician to fully carry oat the
suggestions of Dr. Blain in refer
ence to said chapter.
The third to examine and solect
a suitable sito for quarantiuo pur
poses, and mako recommendations
as to tho number, size an-t quality of
buildings.
The fourth to amend tho Hog or
dinance, so as to prevent any hog or
pig being kept within the limits of
the city. *

tho erection of tho necessary build
ings, etc.
