Council proceeded to open the
bids for city printing, Mr. 0. P.
Goodyear, proposing on the part of
the Seaport Appeal to do the work
for the Ham of two hundred dollars,
and Mr. T. G. Stney proposing, on
the part of tbe Advertiser, to do the
same, free of charge; nnd the bids
were received, and tba work waa
awarded to the Bauaswicx ADVER
TISER.
Council then proceeded to open

proposing to taroisb those for chil
dren under the age of five year* for
$A50, and those over that age for

ham* Clinch, Echols, EfUngbam. Tmaauel. Glynn,
Liberty, Mclatoab, Menu, Hcrinn. Tattnall,
and Wayne, ta aooordance with the raise
and regulations prescribed foe hotdtug election*
fur member* of she General Assembly at the
(be month, with the salaries to be paid to, stiff

Clerk and Treasurer, who shall receive stela.*
