A wedding of unusual interest to
u wide circle of friends was that of
Miss Ora Willingham and Col John
Collins, Tuesday A. M. at 10 o’clock
at the home of the bride on Main
Street. Mrs. Bristow Green of
Greenville, S. C., sister of the bride
played the wedding march with Rev
W. H. Moody officiating, in the pres
ence of the immediate family am' a
few close friends of the contracting
parties.
In the parlor an alter of ferns and
cut flowers with shuded ehadehers
made an attractive bower for tha
wedding scene. The bride carried a
bouquet of Brides roses and Li'ies
of the valley and was handsome in
her dark blue canton crepe witli
accessaries to match. Mrs. Collins
is accomplished and posses many
womanly grace that has won for her
a score of staunch friends, while
Col. Collins is a member of the
Legislature and is prominent in his
profession. They left immediately
through the country to spend several
weeks in Atlanta and Washing, in,
D. C. Afterwards they will be at
their home here.
