He was born in Warwickshire, in England, and it is believed came within the last year from Canada to this place. The said James Essex, alias James Essex Crosby Sterling, was committed to jail last January on a charge of robbing the mail of the U States —His partner | who calls himself THOMAS W - NOBLE, is now in prison on a charge of robbing the mail at the same time.
