public accounts to settle, and to
such non-commissioned officers
and pirates discharged, who
have arrearages of pay due them,
that by forwarding their papers
to this office, by mail, their ac
counts will be settled, and the ba
lance remitted, without incurring
any expence, by the appointment
of an agent to transact their busi
ness for them.
The heirs and representatives,
of deceased officers and soldiers:
