Stoney Auxiliary Fashion Event
The Woman’s Auxiliary oi
the Stoney Medical, Dental and
Pharmaceutical Society held its
annual tots ‘n’ teens fashion
review at 4:00 PM on Sunday
at the Augusta Garden Center.
Featuring young models
from the CSRA, a highlight of
this years event were songs and
instrumental music blended
with a vast array of fashions.
Participants ranged in age
from two to nineteen years,
with special focus on the
teenage jet-set.

The Woman’s Auxiliary of
The Stoney Medical, Dental
and Pharmaceutical Society
was founded in Augusta,
Georgia during the early 30’s.
Three of its charter members,
Mrs. W.W. White, Mrs. J.E.
Carter a d Mrs. S.S. Johnson,
still maintain membership in
the organization.
Through the years the
Auziliary has been active in
civic, social and community
affairs, as well as, lending
support to the parent group.
Proceeds from this program
will be used to encourage
young Black men and women
to study and practice the
health professions in this
community.
