3J Vigilante long-range jet
bombers.
The aircraft are the largest
carrier-based jet bombers in
the Navy. They are capable of
carrying nuclear weapons and
delivering them in any kind of
weather.

Lions Club Meets
President William Neisler
presided at the business ses
sion of the Butler Lions Club
on Monday night at 7:30.
Projects for the year were
planned and the meetings for
year were set for the second
and fourth Monday night in each
month.
Mrs. Hamp Riley presented
an interesting program on An
Old Fashioned Thanksgiving at
the meeting of the Butler Gar
den Club at the Coumrrunity
House. Several Thanksgiving
songs were sung with Mrs.
Lewis Adams at the piano. Mrs.
Riley closed the program with
a Thanksgiving prayer.
Mrs. Billy Amos presided
over the short business session.
It was voted on to have an open
house on December 16.
