George Francis Train is indignant at tin

A man by the name of Z«*ko Eads, in
Green county, N. Y , is strangely deformed.
He is without ears, and never had any. Hi
gathers sounds through the medium of his

strange, his hair is black, with white spots
nearly as large as the palm of a man’s hand
intcisperced through it. He is about 45
years of age and the happy possessor of
thirteen living children. His occupation is

Tlfe deceased,*Mr Archibald W. Oxendine,
was born on Pedee river. South Carolina,
August 27, 1756, and. was consequently
over 110 years of age at the time of his
death. He served through the war of the
revolution as one of “Marion’s Meii,” and

Baptist denomination.
