hot wired. Uh I think it
just may be time for a new

Crystal Allison pleaded
guilty to driving without
license on person and tail
light requirement. She was
sentenced to pay $84.00 in
fines.
Antwon Carson pleaded
guilty to speeding 62/45,
seatbelt violation, sus
pended registration and
pleaded nolo to no insur
ance. He was sentenced to
pay $844.00 in fines and 6
months’ probation.
Brandon Clinton pleaded
guilty to disorderly con
duct. He was given credit
for time served.
Eusebio Cruz pleaded
guilty to driving on a
suspended license. He was
sentenced to pay $1250.00
in fines and 12 months’
probation.
Lisa Ernest pleaded not
guilty to disorderly con
duct. Her charge will be
dismissed upon completion
of 6 months’ probation,
$300.00 court cost and no
contact with the victim.
Shantell Harris pleaded
nolo to speeding 50/35.
She was sentenced to pay
$163.00 in fines.
Erica Hagle pleaded
guilty to a safety restraint
violation. She was sen
tenced to pay $50.00 in
fines.
Christopher Jones
pleaded guilty to a safety
restraint violation and
nolo to speeding 60/35. He
was sentenced to 20 hours
community service and a
$165.00 fine.
Tommy Jones pleaded
guilty to failure to obey
traffic control device, ex
pired tag, tail light, failure
to maintain lane, failure to
stop at a stop sign, reckless
driving. He was sentenced
to pay $3975.00 in fines,
24 months on probation
and driving school.

license expired. He was
sentenced to 6 months’
probation and a fine of

a traffic control device.
He was sentenced to pay
$135.00 in fines.
Austin Powell pleaded
guilty to failure to obey
a traffic control device
and possession of mari
juana. The DUI charge was
dismissed for court cost of
$1000.00 and 12 months’
probation. He was sen
tenced under the condition
al discharge program for
the possession charge and
given 12 months’ proba
tion, 40 hours community
service and $1135.00 in
fines.
Marissa Ramos pleaded
guilty to speeding 49/35.
She was sentenced to pay
$192.00 in fines.
Daniel Sullivan pleaded
guilty to speeding 58/45.
He was sentenced to pay
$192.00 in fines.
Kenyatta Tucker pleaded
guilty to speeding 72/55.
She was sentenced to 20
hours community service.

High School Graduation
Test on Tuesday, Septem
ber 27, 2011. On Wednes
day, September 28, 2011,
students who were absent
will be administered the
make-up. This is the main
administration of the
GHSWT and the first test
opportunity for eligible
11th grade students to take
the test.
The following catego
ries of students should be
tested:
1. Fall 11th graders;
2. Students who have
taken but not passed the
GHSWT;
3. 12th graders new to
the school/system who
have not tested;
4. Students who have
left school with a Certifi
cate or Special Education
diploma;
5. Students who are not
classified as eleventh grad
ers, but who meet specific
criteria are eligible to take
the GHSWT in their third
year of enrollment.
Students needing to
retest should pre-register
with Carol Brendel at Lee
County High School.
Clarification
The Jerry Smith, who resides at 820 Flowing Well Road,
