For Sheriff
George M. Barden for Sheriff.
It I don’t have time to come
around, to the honest voters of
Banks county who are willing for
an oflieer of the law to execute pa
peis aceoiding to the oath that we
all have to take, regardless of
friends or votes impartial to any
oue. I like any man who is will
ing to do unto others as they would
have others do unto them, in any
way. 1 uon t have any pets at home
nor abroad. Every good man
looks alike to old George and we
are always glad to have our friends
come around when they are in 110
mei. We never have done any
thing more for the voter than we
did years ago when I never thought
of county offices, and I don’t w ant
any two sided man’s vote —for
several reasons. Such people will
deceive anybody and do things
that an honest man u ould not think
of. 1 never have tried to take ad-;
vantage of anyone for his vote in
anyway or will lever do so, if I
can't get an honest majority in the
next primary election. If I did it
would be very embarresiug tor me
to have to serve the people in the
court house or in many other places
where the sherifl' of a county has
to go. We appieciate w hat our
friends have done for us and will
thank you lor your influence in the
primary this one more time. It is
well understood not only in Banks
county, but all over good old Geor
gia, I try to treat my friends bet
ter after these primary elections
than ever before.
Respectfully,
