tive Kent, of Johnson, in the house
Wednesday morning becomes a law
This bill provides thal judges of the
superior court shall hereafter hold
four instead of two terms of court
in each county of their circuits
annually.
The bill also provides that solici
tors general shall have the power to
issue accusations on affidavits with
out the aid of a grand jury in
misdemeanor cases, and that the
superior courts shall have power to
try such cases without any indict
ments.
