NOTICE.
GEORGIA—Dooly County.
After four weeks notice pursuant to
seciiou 3546 of the Civil Code, I will
present to the Honorable Z. A. Little
john, judge of the Superior court of said
county, at Americuv, Ga., on the 29th day
of November, 1902, an application for an
order to sell lor re-investment at private
sale the following property, the same
being u part of the estate of Mattie Par
ker, my wurd, to-wit: Forty [40] acres
of land in the South-west cottier of lot of
land number one [1] in the Third [3rd]
land district ol Dooly county, Ga. 'The
proceeds of said sale to be re-invested in
and exchanged for thirty five [34] acres of
land in the north-west corner of said above
described lot of land, and adjacent to said
40 acre tract. My reason for asking this
order fot sale and re-investmentis because
the first mentioned tract of 40 acres is
perfectly barren o( timber and has no trees
at all on it with which to keep up a fence
around said land, and no timber for fire-
tvood.purposet, and on this account is
yielding scarcely any rental, while me
Mid last described tract of 35 acres is well
timbered with good round timber, suffi
cient for firewood purpose* and to keep
up the fence for years to come, and the
sale and exchange of said lands asked tor
would greatly innure to the interest and
benefit of my said ward.
This October 34th, 1903.
