With but a lew exceptions they report the crops as small for the sensor., though since the fine rain of Wednesday and Thursday they are improving rapidly. The fall oats are now being harvested and they are turning out belter than was expect ed. The cool nights are not at all favorable for cotton. No member of the road congress stood higher than Hon. Albert Winter, city editor of the Daily Times-Enteu prise,of jThomasville.
