Wright, Chairman, Commissioners Mallette, Bullock, Finn and Lilly. Minutes read aud approved. Motion thnt in regard to county convicts postponed until niter next session of the Grand Jury, passed. Report of Hon. Arthur Patten re ceived, and thnt he be paid 8300 on the 1st day of July, 1890, and that an order be issued payable on the 1st July, 1890, passed.. The proposition of Mr. Lilly to loan the county of Thomas §1,040.00 due the 7th day of Docember, 1890. Proposition accepted, aud the coun tv commissioners to execute a note in favor of Mrs. Lilly. Road petition signed by W. R. Sin gletary and others, ordered published. Miss Laura Barnes left yesterday for a visit-to New York city. A guy party of young people will take a drive by moonlight to-night. Aud they’ll have a good time.
