SUMMER RATES. .Lv Lv 157)1 u Thomasville’s Health. For a totvn of six thousand peoj our mortuary record for the las' mnn March, is a very flattering one learn from Mr. Burch, the sexton, that there were but ten deaths during tli month, and they were all colors Not a single dfiaih among the white! Of the ten deaths among the colored people eight were adults, two men and six women, and two were infants. Thomasville is, without doubt, one oi the healthiest towns in the South The admirable work ol the Board Health, seconded by the municipal authorities, is seen in the small per centage of deaths here. With a per feet system of sewerage well under wav, and being gradually extended w ith an abundant supply of fresh pure water, and strict sanitary regulations the continued good health of the town is assured. .New and pobbv neckwear just re- cived H.
