Sixteen Trans-continental Passenger
Trains Daily.
Under the new train schedule which the
Northern Pacific Railroad inauguratcH June
15th, 1820, there will sixteen trains-* ontinental
naasengertrains moving daily on till* great
fine, eight east liound ami eight west hound,
K elusive of 108 local, main and hrach line pa*-
nger trains running daily west of St. Paul,
Ashland and Duluth in Wisconsin, Minnesota,
North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Oregon and
Waidiington on its 3800 mile* of track.

a through Pullman Palace sleeping ear, leaving
Chicago daily at i Ji') p. in. via the Chicago,
Milwaukee \ *t. Paul uailway, running via net
ena and Tacoma direct to Portland, and making
clone connect! in at *t. Paul with nil train* leav
ing st. i.oiii* in the forenoon and Chicago in the

ma 10:50 a. hi. of the third day and Portland the
same afternoon.
