friends to take the medicine, and the test
of all of them is that It is a great remedy.’
Dr. King’s Royal Germetuer is a boon to

appetite, aids digestion, relieves them of the
cause of disease, and Insures health.
It Is an infallible cure for Rheumatism, neu

Trifles.
Trifles are those things which of
th -mtielvcs are of little moment; there
fore it is Inn natural that men in the
rush of business and work should
some tin.e slight these compartively
small matters in their anxiety for the
main issue. With many this is very
apt lo become a confirmed habit, and
they grow into the way of habitually
disregarding any little piece of work,
that, of itself, is trifling, and fail to look
at the liiilc was es that are constantly
going on around them in consequence.
Such is he case on the farm, espec
ially. Very few farmers are given to
co’isiderii g how much these lit'le
things amount to in the course of a
year. Although quite insignificant,
when considered individually, these
trifles count up amazingly, directly and
indir, cilv, in a twelve-months.
A little mouse hole in the grain bin
is not particularly alarming, and the
farmer thinks that, in his hurry it is
hardly wo th noticing, but before the
year has closed several shillings will
have crept out there. A little leak
in the roof is so common, and. of itself,
such a trifling affair, that it very sel
dom gets proper attention in the way
of repairs, yet the constant dropping
of water on the plastering below may
cost several dollars’ worth of work to
be expended in repairs, when a few
minutes of time on the roof would
have prevented it.
Whatever it is, however trifling it
mav appear, it will surely save much
loss and vexation lo extend to any
little matters about tne farm, similar
to the ones abov • mentioned. If not
attended io they will absorb the prof
its, or perhaps prevent any from ac
cruing.—Prairie Farmer.
