John Lamb, colored, was fined $7, or twelve days on the streets, for fail ing to obey a summons to work the streets. Robert Mitchell, colored, charged with disordly conduct, was tried and found not guilty. There were two other cases both against Mr. E. B. Whiddon, one for doing hotel busiuess without license, and the other for doing livery business without license. \ continuance in each case was asked, and granted. Lookout for Sharpers.
