Va., Dec. 15.—A charter has been granted here for the formation of the largest tobacco com pany, devoted to the manufacture of a single brand, in the world. The “Block Tobacco Company” is the name of the corporation, and It has a capital stock of §4,000,000. The prin cipal stockholders are Aaron and Sam uel Block of this city. W. H. Hub bard, the Westinghouses of Pittsburg, and benjamin Butterworth of Cincin nati. They All do it.
