all of Thomas County, Georgia, re-
pectfully shows:
1. That they desire for them
selves, their associates, and aesigis,
to become Incorporated under the
name and style of The Mallard,
Varnedoe Company.
The term for which petition
ers ask to be Incorporated is twen
ty years, with the 'privilege of re
newal at the end of that time.

the debts of the corporation to the
extent of unpaid stock subscrip

Mrs. Lester Ralph, known t
newspaper world as ‘ Elsie Reason-
er," died today at Lloyd, Fla., ac
cording to word received today in
Leavenworth, her former k
Elsie Reasoner gained distinction
as a newspaper correspondent in the
Spanish-American war in Cuba. It
was said she was the only woman
news writer to attend the coronation
of Queen Wilhelmina in 1903. In
May. 1904, she married Lestor
Ralph, who made illustrations for
newspapers during the Turko-Grcek
war in 1S97 and in the South Afri
can hostilities in 1900.
Mrs. Ralph is an aunt of Mrs. C. S.
Russell of this city.
