"Third, it is a violation of the
law for any person or persons to
catch, kill or have in their posses
sion any song, or non-game bird, or
to rob the nest of any such bird or
birds; or to catch, kill or have i.i
possession any doe or fawn in this
state before 1916, or to catch, kill
or have in their possession any
deer of any kind, between January
first and October first of each year.

partment itself is concerned in At
lanta’s latest disappearance mystery.
Patrolman J. C. Sullivan has been
missing since April first, and neither
his family nor his brother officers
have the slightest idea what has be
come of him.
Sullivan was suspended April
1st. for absenting himself from d ity
without leave. Relatives are afraid
that he became despondent and may
have done away with himself.
