Wife of Judge of Albany Circuit
Dies After Long Illness.
Camilla, Ga., Dec. 7. -Death en
tered the home of Judge E. E. Cox,
of the Albany circuit, yesterday,
claiming Mrs. Cox, who had been in
ill health for several years, and
whose condition had been consider
ed extremely grave for several days.
T.iough the news of her death oc
casioned sorrow and sadness in
many homes, it was not unexpected
by those who had been aware of
her critical condition.
Mrs. Cox's mother. Mrs. Mary
Patterson, and her slater. Miss Car
rie Patterson, of Macon, have been
3t her bedside for several weeks.
Her brother, whose home is in New
Orleans, arrived in Camilla Satur
day. and wan with his sister when
the end came.
Mrs. Cox is survived by her hus
band, Judge K. K. Cox. and two
