Sheriff Darla yesterday arrested
Frank Nelson, at Flint, In Mitchell
county. The officer went to Flint for
the purpose of catching Jim Nelson,
Officially it was stnt.’il yesterday

release from bank vaults would “bad

officers believe that the progress which
has marked these deliberations on the
last few weeks has contributed

government in its decisions to ap
proach the reparations commission at

many had confessed herself to be
bankript were declared in official fi

Germans to say we are bankropt, such
a verdict must come from our credi
tors,” one leading official in the min
istry of finance observed.
