lay in January, 186(7, in the usual hours
o! s-ile, a tract of land cotaining about 600
acr s, belonging to the estate of Aaron
Gid ii ns, late of said county deceased, lying
on the east side of Cat Creek, one mite
above a good sett of mills, known by the
name of Griffin’s Mills, twelve miles North
of Valdosta. It is a most beautiful situn
lion, and in c choice neighborhood, good
society and within two miles of two church
es, and a good school within one mile. The
improvement on the place is as follows:
Sixty-five acres in a state of cultivation,
fencing not in good order, a good new gin
house and screw, dwelling and out houses,
a small apple and peach orchard, in a very
healthy section of the county, will be sold
on accommodating terms, as the estate is
not in debt, and sold exclusively for the
benefit of (lie heirs, persons wishing to pur*
chase would do well to examine the land.
