EDWARD Kanousi:. 7- C. I ' vthapd;
If you had a ho tse that brought yoU au income cf
$100 tfach year wouldn’t you insure it for $1,000?
You certainly would, all good business men do
You Would do it knowing that your house may nev
er burn and you may never get back one cent you have
paid for this insurance. * .
If your earnings are $10 per jear are you being
fair to ycur family and estate it you do not protect them
by taking out life insurance?
You can do this knowing that you > re sure to die
and get back more than you have paid in
Or teat after a pertain period, ’f you are still living,
you can get back all you have paid ii^ cash and have a
nice sum laid up for a rainy day or old age
Any man or woman in good health can take advan :
tige of this proposition by maaing application for a poli
cy of insurance to the

MAIL CLERK-.
Now at Work on Albany-ThomasvlMo
Train
The doable daUy mail service on the
ThomnavUle-Albany branch of the At
lantic Coast line is now in vogue.
Tuesday the mail car was put on the
morning train which amives hare at
10:80 a. m. and it returned to Albany
at4:30p. m. The maUclerk is JoUnt
Few, a colored man, who is a eon of
Caeser Few, who has been on the same
run for n number of years.
The new service will be of gteat con
venience to the people of Thomasville,
Albany and intermediate towns. Here
tofore the only local mail has bean car
ried on the train leaving Thomasville at
6:25 a. m. and arriving at 6:16 p. m.
The improved service was made necessa
ry by the increased bittiness of the
poet office department in this immediate
section of the state.
Tlio growth and prosperity of the com
munity is strikingly portrayed, when it
is remembered that two years ago there,
was bat one train a day, between
here and Albany. Now there ore two
trains a day ana two postal clerks.
