The petition of W. C. Snodgrass
Pauline Mitchell, D. M. Snodgrass,
all of said mounty, respectfully
shows:
1. Petitioners and their associa
tes desire to be incorporated and
made a body politic under the name
and style of the "Mitchell Investment
Company."
2. The object of said corpoi I
Is pecuniary profit to Its stockholders.
3. ' Tbe particular business it pro
poses to engage In is to purchase,
sell, own and hold real and personal
property, to rent, lease, and Improve
the same: buy, sell and own such
articles of value as may be found pro
fitable, to trade In real estate, own
and operate manufacturing plants,
engago In farming, and to own. hold
and dispose of stock In other corpora
tions.
4. The amount of capital stock of
said corporation will be fifty thous
and dollars, no part of which has yet
been paid In, but petitioners desire
to commence business under the char
ter to be granted hereunder as soon
os ten per cent of said capital stock
ha * been actually paid In.
6. The principal office of said
corporation and- the place of doing
business shall be at Thomasville, In
said county, but-petitioners desire the
privilege of establishing branch offi
ces at other points when deemed nec

The term for which they de
sire to be corporated Is for a period
of twenty years, with the privilege
of renewal according to law.
7. In addition to the objects of
said corporation, and aa Incidental
thereto. It .desires the power to bor
row and loan money, to execute, re
ceive and deliver all necessary mort
gages, deeds and evidences of debts
proper for the carrying out of such
purpose, together with the authority
to buy and sell stock In other corpor
atlons and to hold same aa collateral,
and, generally, to have alt and every
other power granted corporations
under, the laws of Georgia.
8. Petitioners especially desire
the power to acquire property at fair
market value In payment for capital
stock In said corporation.
9. Petitioners desire the privilege
to Increase said capital stock from
time to time by a two thirds vote
of the then outstanding capital stock
to an amount at no time to exceed
one hundred thousand dollars.
