shall not be less than seven feel high
above the sidewalk.
Ornamental cornice work or signs
painted on wood, tin braes or'other
metal will be allowed on the front of
any awning or balcony, provided said
work or sign does not extend down
ward over eighteen inshes.
Section 4. Be it further ordained
that no peraon or persons, will,be al
lowed to erect any awning over or
across any sidewalk In said city pre
viously laid with cement.
