Stockholm, December 7.—The live
N’obel prizes, founded with his vast
fortune by Alfred N’obel, the inventor
of dynamite, Up reward each year
(hose who have most aided humanity
by scientific or medical research, by
idealistic literature, and by the pro
motion of iK>ace, will be distributed
next Tuesday, which will bo the
eleventh anniversary of Mr. Nobel's
death. The names of most of this
ear's prize winners are already
known and announcement <.f the otli
ers is expected within the next day or
two.
The literary prize goes to Rudyard
Kipling, the distinguished English au
thor. Kipling's predecessors have
