The Northeast Georgia Christian
Endeavor Union will award three
Banners at the District Convention
in Elbcrton, Ga., In October to the
best society in groups one, which
Includes Athens, Elberton Winder
Jefferson and other places. Grotip
two will include Rural Societies,
while the Junior Banner will be
given to the best Junior organisa
tion In District. Each society it
urged to work hard until the Con
vention and stand a chance of win
ning the Banner. Honor Rolls wir
also be placed at the Convention.

The Christian church Senior So
ciety will adopt tin orphan at Da-
moh. India this year as their Mis
sionary gift. The young people will
find this responsibility most inter
esting and will create a much bet
ter Missionary spirit. The Homt
