Travel Accident Policy issued*to him when
(he became a registered. reader of The
Banner-Herald by entering his subscrip
tion to the paper for one yea? and paying
for three months in advance.'
Under the terms of the policy,'a broken
leg sustained while engaged in' travel,
either in a private vehicle or as a fare-
paying passenger, entitles the policyholder
to indemnity fo $10 per week for not more
than 13'weeks. ’ Fleming’s physician ad
vised him that his injuries would cause him
to be “laid up” for eight weeks and he
therefore put in a claim for indemnity of
$80, or $16 a week for ^ighj Week^.
