Kirpo. These outlines arc actual photographs, iahen by Bob Dorman, Banncr-Herad photographer

When making the first picture, which was cf I empsey, Dorman marked the spot on his camera
4 where it had been focused, nad then hustled away to Atlantic City, where, setting his camera at the samr
mark again, he backed away from Firpo until th? ircus was sharp. ■ •
The combined results gave two photos—one cf Dcmfscy and another of Firpo—which had exactly
thfe same perspective and measurement in every detail.. These were then tut out, superimposed and
painted over, producing the graphic comparative pinups seen above.
