dentist of this city, who is chargee
with rioting In connection 'with tht
flogging of W. O. Barnett, stone
deadlocked. It was reported. Th«
Jury retired to the Jury room at
eleven o’clock.

Wednesday night the Jurors had

was there any Inkling of how they
stood.
When they returned from sim
per the Jurors found that the

out. The courtroom wns cleared
