qualified voters, of the City of
Athens, Georgia, that on the fifth
(6th) day of December, 1923, an
election will be held at all the
voting, or election, precincts in
said City, to determine the ques
tion whether bonds to the amount
of FIFTY THOUSAND (»60,000..
