name of Ifaac Phillips in Wilkinfon
county the number not yet known,
two fractions in the feventeenth
diftrift of Baldwin, now Randolph,
one No. is9.and the other 160, and
one lot in the feventeenth of Bald
win, now Randolph, drew in the
name of Celia Adorn, widow, and
fold to Ifaac Phillips, being the real
eftate of Ifaac Phillips, deceafed—
the faid lands to be fold for the
benefit of the heirs and creditors of
faid deceafed.

nounced by all good judges who
have viewed him that he will be the
greattft improvement to our flock
of horfes that has yet been import
ed to .America. A number of Gen
tlemen have examined the General
Stud Book fince I got him, and
find him to be as full bred as any
horfe that now ftands in the King
dom of England, having the ad
vantage of the beft crofs that could
be made.
This famous Horfe will com
mence the fir It of March, and will
ftand the whole of ‘his time at my
liable in Clarke county, eight miles
below Athens on the road near the
Big Shoals of the Oconee river, and
will be let to mares at the reduced
price of twenty dollars the feafon
but may be difeharged by the pay
ment of fifteen if paid by the firft
of September—thirty dollars to in
fure a mare to be in foal, ten the
ftngle vifit with one dolkr to the
groom in either cafe, paid when
the mares are firft put.
The beft accommodation for
mares that are left with the horfe,
and will be fed as direfled at a mo
derate price to be paid v/hen taken
away—every polfible care will be
taken but will noc be liable for
accidents or cfcapes.
Cotton will be taken fn pay
ment delivered at any gin conve
nient, and the cuflomary prices
allowed.

lubfciiber at China Grove in Ogle
thorpe county, on the 1 ith of
March laft, a Black Horfe, about
four feet ten inches high, nine or
ten years old, had on but one Ihce
and that on the left four foot, he
has received on the edge of his left
Cheek bone a wound, which has
caufed in that place a confiderable
lump.—Whoever will bring faid
horfe to China Grove or to the
fublcriber at Athens, lhall receive
five dollars reward.
