This famous Horfe will com
mence the full of March, and will
(land the whole of his time at my
ftable in Clarke county, eight miles
below Athens on the road near the
Big SnoaSs of the Oconee river, and
w:ll be let to marcs at the reduced
price of twenty dollars the feafon
but may be by the pay
ment of fifteen if paid by the fhft
of September—thirty dollars to in
fure a mare to be in foal, ten the
fmgle vifu with one dollar to the
groom in either cafe, paid when
the mares are firft put.
The belt accommodation for
mares that are left with the horfe,
and will be led as diredted at a mo
derate price to be paid when taken
away—every poffible care will be
taken but will not be liable for
accidents or efcapes.
Cotton will be taken in pay
ment delivered at any gin conve
nient, and the cuitomary prices
allowed.

oak boards put on with 8 inch
fpikes at every 4 inches diftance—
the wall of the cnmin.il and debtors
room to be 27 inches thick, to be
laid on the infide with timbers 9 by
4 at the cliftance of every three
bricks, and lofted and cafed in the
fame manner of the floor with three
grates in the criminal room and
grates a!f® in the debtors room—
an eight feet paflage above and be
low ftairs—the flight of flairs to
flart in the paflige and doors from
