UPON the petition of Bedford
Brown, (hewing to the court
that Obcdiah Fryer, on the 2d of
January, 1810, mortgaged to the
(aid Bedford a tract of land, granted
to Freeman, lying and being in the
County of Clark, adjoining Archi
bald Crowley and others, contain
ing one hundred ‘and twenty fiv
acres, more or iefs, on wild-cat
creek, to kcure to the faid Bedford
the payment cf feveral notes of
hand, particularly deferibed in the
deed of mortgage, and that there h
now due on the faid mortgage the
fum of one hundred and twenty two
dollars—and praying that the equity
cf redemption of, in, and to the
faid trad of land may be fcredefed
