Walton, Bennett, Forbes; absent,
McDonald.
Motion earrici that attention of
citizens of oity be called to Sections
101, 102 and 103, of code of oity,
which roads as follows;
See. 101. Filnty Privies Prohi
bited.—No person shall allow any
privy upon any part of his or her
premises, or of other premises under
his care or occupancy, to be in a
filthy or oifeusive condition,
See. 102. Slaughter Pens Pro-
hibitcd.—It shall not bo lawful for
any person or persons to keep main
tain or have a slaughter pen or place
for killing oaltlc or hogs, within the
corpora/e limits of the city, ana any
*' person or persons so offending shall,
upon,conviction, be fined in the sum
... of not less than Five nor more than
Fifty Dollars for each day such bus-
. mess is carried on, and upon tailuro
to pay such fine the persons so
offending shall be punished in the
direction of the Mayor.

Forbidden. --No person or persons
shall keep about their promises any
spoiled or decayed meat, fish or
green hides. All violations of the
