Lord one thousand eight hun

all the fractional parts cf fir veys
of land referred to the State by
the several laws making uiflri
bution of the Kinds lately acquir
ed from die Creek nation of
Indians, lying and being on the
Oconee River, and on the tem
porary boundary line.—Shall be
fold in separate Lotts to the
highest bidder in the Town of
Milledgeville, in the following
manner—VlZ.
The Commiflioners tube ap
pointed for that purpose, and
who the fubferibers are, shall by
an advertiiement published fiaty
days in the Gazettes of Peters
burgh, Wafnington, Sparta,
Atigurta, and Savannah, give
notice of the times or days on
which they flrall proceed to ft: 1 .
the fraftional surveys of each
leveral dill rift.
We, the Commiflioners ap
pointed for said purpose, do
therefore, in conformity to the
said aft, require all persons con
cerncdj to take notice. That
at Milledgeville, we shall at
tend, and commence the Sale, of
the Fractional surveys as fol
