dollars for value received; And,that,

said, the defcudenl. the better to secure
the payment of said note, executed and
delivered to the plaintiff his Deed of
Mortgage, whereby the said defendant
mortgaged to the plaintiff his interest
in lots of land numbers 215, 233, and
234, two-thirds ol lot number 235, and
60 acres of lot number 247, in the Gtli

of Bartow, -containing, in all, 646$
acres, more or less ; And it further ap
pearing that said note remains unpaid ;
It is, therefore. Ordered, that the said
