We are glad to report the improved
condition of Mrs. G. W. Kendrick, who
has been quite ill for several weeks past.

Mr. R. H. Perry will visit relatives in
Climax next week.
It is reported that the wedding bells
will be ringing out this, way soon. We
hall let you hear from them should the
expected happen.

Mr. Ira Bates spent last Saturday in

Camilla in a few days. Her friends here
hope that she will not make her stay too

holders ot the Georgia, Florida & Ala-
uama Railway Company (formerly the
Georgia Pine Pine Railway Company) in
Bainbridge, Georgia, at the,office of the
Company on the 28th day of May, 1901,
at 2 o’clock p. m., for the purpose of
considering an issue of bonds of said
Company in the sum of Five Hundred
and Ffty Thousand (550,000; Dollars or
ueh other amount of bonds as tliostock
holders may consider and authorize, aud
to determine the terms and tenor of said
bonds, and to consider and approve a
form of mortgage or deed of trust to se
cure said bonds, and to authorize aud
