baum. all of said state and county shows:
1. That they desire for themselves.

style of The Bainbridge Driving Club

2. The objects of said corporation is
pecuniary profit, to its stockholders. Pe
titioners’desire particularly to maintain
grounds, construct, buildings, race track
and other things necessary for the pur
pose of conducting fairs, carnivals,horse
facing or anything else therein for the
amusement, entertainment nr instruc
tion of the public, aud to charge an ad
mission fee thereto.
8. That said corporation have the
right to buy. sell, lease, encumber pro-
pecty and to re-lease the same or any of
the privileges which it my have therein.
4. The capital stock is to be fifteen
hundred dollars, divided into shares of
one hundred each, with the privilege of
increasing the same to one thousand
dollars. All of said capi'al has been
subscribed and t wenty per cent, paid in
in cash.
5. The principal office of said corpor
ation will be in Baiu bridge, said state
